Measuring performance is key to an organization's success.
We will work with you to develop and implement simple, integrated results-based performance measurement processes and tools that will strengthen strategic planning, management and reporting. This includes:
- Developing organization-wide and program-specific logic models, performance measurement strategies and communication plans;
- Maximizing the utilization of existing data sources and information and assessing the cost/benefits of developing and implementing new data and information sources;
- Developing simple, practical strategies and tools (including surveys and questionnaires) to gather, analyze and communicate performance information in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Developing practical approaches and tools to integrate results-based performance measurement throughout an organization; and developing and delivering workshops on results-based performance measurement.
